Tammy Slaton is opening up about skin removal surgery to get rid of her excess skin. It comes after the 1000-lb Sisters star dropped a whopping 440lbs in weight loss, but she’s now hitting back at trolls.
Known for her incredible weight loss, Tammy Slaton is reaping the rewards for her dedication. However, she’s now facing trolls questioning her for whether she’ll undergo skin removal surgery for her neck.

Tammy posted a TikTok video responding to one follower who wrote in the star’s video comments, “Just a question not trying to be rude, but do you know if your chin flap will go away?”
“You say you’re not trying to be rude but why on earth would you ask this in the first place? My ‘chin flap’ is not a chin flap. It’s literally excess skin and yes, it’ll go away when I get skin removal surgery,” she said.
The five-minute video saw Tammy Slaton tell fans she “doesn’t know” when she’ll get skin removal surgery. Despite this, she said, “Even if I did know, I wouldn’t be able to say as it’s part of the show.”

Tammy claims she’s “made fun of for every single thing she does,” adding that she is “judged for smiling because her teeth are missing” or when she’s hanging with a friend, as fans think she’s dating them.
“I’m sorry, I’m not trying to be rude but sometimes y’all be irritating me. Again, I apologize. I’m not trying to be rude but I’m just hurt because you say you’re not trying to be rude but, yet you are,” she added.
Tammy Slaton said she receives questions on skin removal surgery on the daily, such as “when she’s getting rid of her turkey flap.” Tammy then got deep and told followers, “I’m trying to live life today.”
1000-lb Sisters star busy filming
Tammy then let fans in on a secret when she said she’s “busy working.” With many wondering whether she’s got a new job, she then added: “Filming working. I’m sorry again – I had to express my feelings.”
When taking a break from filming, Tammy took the time to share a new TikTok video. A fan asked how her quality of life has changed since losing weight, and she said, “I absolutely love this question.”
Tammy told the TikTok follower, “My quality of life has changed so much. Before I went to rehab, I was bitter, unhappy, super depressed, and just mean. Everybody hated me.”
“I had this ‘I don’t care’ attitude back then. I still do but not as bad. I’m working on myself still. When I get mad now, I might blow up but then I start thinking about what happened and apologize,” she added.
